The fun of dancing without the impact on your knees and joints. AquaZumba is a party in the pool with choreographed dance moves performed in the shallow end of the pool.

Resistance, Interval, Power, Performance, Low-Impact, Energy, Dynamic all wrapped up in a complete water fitness class.

Have fun and improve your health with a variety of exercises in the shallow end of the pool.

S.U.P. Yoga
