Classes held at the shallow end of the pool do not require that you know how to swim. Benefits of water exercise include increased range of motion, cadiovascular fitness, and improved muscle tone. Water Fitness is easy on the joints.
WATER CLASSES FITNESS SCHEDULE
Water Aerobics Mon/Tues/Thurs 8:15-9 a.m. Mon/Wed/Fri 10:15-11 a.m. Mon/Wed 6-6:45 p.m. Have fun and improve your health while doing a variety of exercise movements in the shallow end of the pool. Participants are encouraged to work at their own fitness level.
AquaZumba Tues/Thurs 2-2:45 p.m. and Wednesday 10:15-11 a.m. A choreographed “party in the pool” cardio workout in the shallow end of the pool. Non-member: $50/mo. Golden Key: $28/mo.
